Right now, there's all kinds of exciting activities going on. Yeah, I mean, I can see exploring that. It's hard to park in midtown Manhattan. So he played the first show. That's why he's wear-- I really truly believe this. And it kind of drives you nuts for the first few weeks, and then after that, your mind deals with it and just flushes it out. [CHUCKLES]. You know? Yeah, we have to be like ghosts in this house. There are the loners, the jocks, and the French horns. He denies this. The musicians in the pit don't play the whole time, which means there are thousands of hours where they're not actually doing anything. Everybody snapped out of it. He got a job at a Sprint call center, talking to people from the States all day. I say right away, we're from Nicaragua. But I was so scared from the uncertainty from not knowing what was awaiting us that I wasn't even scared of flying. At what point do you realize that the van is going to the airport? It was always easy to complain that it was boring and to complain about driving into the city and wasting all that time in the car, and playing the same music, and going home again. Then they started seeing each other at protests and meetings. That's Melanie Feld, an oboist who's been in the pit for 28 years now. They never did. Finally, some guards came to get them. But he's also got to deal with his children during the workday. And she missed Phantom. And eventually I can hear someone say, "Hey, wait, shh. She said my sister, Julia, told her about The Drunk Show. Camila was sitting beside the window, Moises beside the aisle. And he and his two kids get on the elevator to head up to their apartment. There's so many people out there who have trouble saying directly what they really feel. In our family, you are either an alcoholic or a Mormon. The first thing I learned was how fleshed out these people were in my mom's mind. Moises and Jessica first tried not to believe what was happening. You know, and I'm tired of the sound of my voice, too. He and I were talking the other day, and he let slip, he has not been listening to our program for weeks. I still feel guilty. Which worked. Oh, really? This time, the answers are harder to agree on. And years ago, he got a copy of the 1925 silent film version of Phantom and wrote an entire score. And so that had determined each little step I made. I just don't need to spend. His dream was always to write scores for horror films. But these are highly trained musicians who went to the fanciest music schools in the world. It's a leg thing. It took several rounds of questioning before I got the whole story. But the show kept going, as three years turned into five years, which then turned into 32. Like, this is not a joke cry. Lowell has been at the show since day one, and everyone says he's the sanest person in the pit. Based on Gaston Leroux's gothic novel, Phantom holds the record as the longest-running musical on Broadway. I think that's typical of people who do shows. That's over 13,000 performances. If I say anything that's not like, [SIGHS] "It sucks to be here," they're like, "You haven't been here long enough. It's like a dissociative feeling, almost. --pipes in and says, can we have a funeral for Bobsister? Then we realized, oh my god, we're going to the airport. There was the cellist who would say, "Marvelous," every time Nick asked him how he was doing. I never understood before this conversation what that feels like for her. Francis is the only person I had talked to who had actually escaped from the pit. He starts to tell her that she's overreacting, and that makes her more upset. Then we're going back to Nicaragua. Moises tried to avoid answering. It's the closest he can get to hiding. She's convinced he plays half a note flat on every note he's ever played. And I'm like, a funeral for Bobsister, a picture? After making her ground-breaking debut last year as an understudy, Emilie Kouatchou took up the title role full time on 26 January at New York City's Majestic . Again, reading the comments, you'd never know Don was a comedian. They usually don't, but anyway. Why is he so offended by this show?
