Spotted sea trout are starting to push into the clearwater to St. Joseph Sound region. While we look to close one season, we are looking forward to lots of trips chasing Walleye, Trout, Crappie, Perch, Salmon, and Sturgeon both in Southern Idaho and the Columbia River in Washington and Oregon. I had two customers join me today on a wonderful October Day. Albies have been sporadic at best. Since the the last month being do warm and wayer temps in the upper 70s final a couple cold front, fishing has picked up. Some of our favorites are the anise/krill and the krill from Super Dipping Saucy, but we also use lots of mikes shrimp oil, and special mix from SmellyJelly. Fluke and porgies are also coming up from the bottom. Most of our fish were caught in the Orofino area side drifting eggs and pegged beads. 4-pound fish are coming up often.
